• Acting for the vendor in the €5m sale of a distillery business;
• Acting for an Irish software company in its acquisition by an overseas PLC;
• Acting for the purchaser in the acquisition of a radio station;
• Acting in the investment of circa €1m in an award-winning start-up company;
• Acting for the purchaser in the acquisition of a successful and well established digital media agency;
• Acting for the purchaser in the acquisition of a Dental Practice.

The firm advises clients on all aspects of investment whether through private investors, business investors or state-backed investment bodies such as Enterprise Ireland, Enterprise Europe Network or through the range of financial supports made available to start-up businesses through Local Enterprise Offices.

We provide and advise on Shareholders Agreements, Investment Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements and Partnership Agreements and provide advice on all Company Law issues that flow from these Agreements.

Clerkin Lynch recently acted for the Entekra Group in its US$ 45 million investment from Louisiana-Pacific Corporation.
