The range of employment issues on which we advise clients includes drafting employment contracts, assisting in compiling employee handbooks, terminating employment contracts and all legal considerations arising from the recruitment process. We provide regular updates on any changes to the employment legislative framework.
We also advise clients on employer/employee dispute resolution processes and prepare cases for our clients before the Workplace Relations Commission and other dispute resolution fora. The firm has successfully advised a number of executives in High Court injunction proceedings and has particular experience in advising employees of Universities.
Niall Clerkin is a founding partner of Clerkin Lynch LLP. Niall trained and worked as a qualified solicitor for two of Dublin’s leading law firms, primarily practising in the area of banking and financial services law. Niall established Clerkin Lynch LLP with Kevin Lynch in 2008.
