The PRA is now in a position to resume the processing of copy folio and title plan applications. Customers can now apply for copies in the normal way through landdirect.ie
The PRA have been accepting applicants via An Post and DX since Monday 20th April. As the public counter will remain closed, the PRA will not be accepting hand delivered applications. Practitioners are requested to lodge applications and associated payments through the pre-lodgement facility available on Landdirect.ie
Land Registry: Registrations continue to be temporarily suspended with the exception of eRegistration services. Services required to facilitate activities necessary to support essential services and vulnerable people will be considered for urgent processing on a case by case basis. Landdirect services will operate as normal.
Registration of Deeds have re-commenced. However, official searches and copy memorials are not being carried out at this time.
