Property Event
Clerkin Lynch LLP is pleased to announce it will be hosting a property themed event in conjunction with partner firms.
To be held in the Stephens Green Club in central Dublin in the first quarter of 2023, the event will discuss trends in the Irish property market as well as legal and regulatory developments impacting the sector, including the Central Bank of Ireland’s update to the rules applicable to property funds following CP 145.
The event will consist of brief presentations, a panel discussion and networking drinks.
It is anticipated that this event will primarily be of interest to those involved in investing in Irish property, working in the sector or working with asset managers with an interest in this asset class. The event will be subject to “Chatham house” rules to ensure free flowing discussion.
