Clerkin Lynch LLP is pleased to announce it will be hosting an event focusing on operational resilience for the asset management industry in conjunction with partner firms.
To be held in the Stephens Green Club in central Dublin in the fourth quarter of 2023, the event will discuss the DORA legislation as well as CP 140 of the Central Bank of Ireland.
The event will consist of brief presentations, a panel discussion and networking drinks.
It is anticipated that this event will primarily be of interest to those involved in ensuring compliance with related operational residence requirements and governance issues pertaining to these practical obligations.
