Kevin is from Malahide in Dublin and was educated at Belvedere College S.J., University College Dublin and the Law Society of Ireland.
He trained and qualified as a solicitor in a leading Dublin law firm, where he practised as a solicitor for 7 years prior to establishing Clerkin Lynch. During that time, Kevin was involved in a number of high-profile transactions in the areas of commercial law, commercial litigation, and contentious and non-contentious construction law and investment funds.
Since establishing Clerkin Lynch LLP, Kevin leads the firm’s corporate and commercial departments where he has acted for purchasers and vendors in a broad range of commercial transactions. Kevin has also acted for plaintiffs and defendants in a number of commercial and construction litigation disputes.
In addition to his commercial and litigation experience, Kevin also specialises in arbitration, mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) solutions.
In addition to his legal qualifications, Kevin also holds a Graduateship in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland and a Graduate Diploma from Trinity College Dublin in Construction Law, Contract Administration and Arbitration.
Kevin founded Clerkin Lynch LLP in 2008 with fellow Partner Niall Clerkin.
