Focus on Enforcement
Clerkin Lynch LLP is pleased to announce it will be hosting an event focusing on enforcement actions by the Central Bank of Ireland.
To be held in the Stephens Green Club in central Dublin in the first quarter of 2023, the event will discuss the evolution of the culture of enforcement by the Central Bank as well as providing an update on legal and regulatory developments impacting the sector, including recent case law.
The event will consist of brief presentations, a panel discussion and networking drinks.
It is anticipated that this event will primarily be of interest to general counsels, senior executive and directors of regulated firm’s authorised in Ireland.
The event will be subject to “Chatham house” rules to ensure free flowing discussion.
