Clerkin Lynch LLP is pleased to announce it will be hosting a second event on the topic of Fund Costs and Charges, with particular emphasis on “undue costs”, in conjunction with partner firms.
To be held in the Stephens Green Club in central Dublin on 31st August 2023, the event will focus on related regulatory requirements following ESMA’s common supervisory action on the topic and related guidance including the March 2023 “Dear CEO” letter of the Central Bank of Ireland concerning this topic.
The event will consist of brief presentations and a panel discussion focussing on:
- insights on the relevant requirements,
- challenges to compliance and
- practical solutions.
It will be followed by networking drinks reception in the relaxed and convivial surrounds of the Stephens Green Club.
It is anticipated that this event will primarily be of interest to those involved in ensuring compliance with the March Dear CEO Letter of the Central Bank of Ireland and its quarter 3 deadline.
The event will be subject to “Chatham house” rules to ensure free flowing discussion.
