Kevin Lynch is a founding partner of Clerkin Lynch LLP. He trained and qualified as a solicitor in a leading Dublin law firm, where he worked for 7 years prior to establishing Clerkin Lynch LLP. Kevin has particular expertise in the areas of commercial law, commercial litigation and contentious and non-contentious construction law.
Niall Clerkin is a founding partner of Clerkin Lynch LLP. Niall trained and worked as a qualified solicitor for two of Dublin’s leading law firms, primarily practising in the area of banking and financial services law. Niall established Clerkin Lynch LLP with Kevin Lynch in 2008. Since establishing the firm he has substantially expanded his practice areas and brings years of specialist expertise to the areas of commercial litigation, financial services law and commercial property law.
Mark Browne is a partner in Clerkin Lynch LLP and head of the Asset Management and Funds Department. Mark has in excess of fifteen years related experience and has worked in a number of the world’s leading fund domiciles. Prior to joining Clerkin Lynch LLP to lead this Department Mark had been a partner in both a large Irish and an international law firm where he specialized in advising on related legal issues.
Eileen qualified as a Solicitor with Clerkin Lynch in early 2024 having joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2020. Eileen is a graduate of Dublin City University with a Bachelor of Civil Law (Law and Society) degree.
Seán qualified as a solicitor with the firm in February 2024 and works across both the Corporate department and the Commerical Litigation within the firm.
Sophie studied History and Classics at Maynooth University and graduated with a Master of Arts in Classical Studies in 2014. She started in Clerkin Lynch LLP in April 2017, assisting in general office administration, bookkeeping and record management.
Niamh joined Clerkin Lynch as a Trainee Solicitor in 2022. Niamh graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Law (Clinical) degree from University College Cork in 2020.
Sara joined Clerkin Lynch LLP as a trainee solicitor in 2023. She graduated from National University of Galway Ireland with a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) in 2021.
Craig joined Clerkin Lynch LLP as a trainee in 2023. He graduated from Dublin City University with a Bachelor of Civil Law (Law and Society) degree and also holds a Masters Degree in Law (LL.M) from Trinity College Dublin.
Rin joined Clerkin Lynch LLP in July 2023 as Manager of financial operations and accounts. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with her MBA in 2022.
Aoibhín joined Clerkin Lynch LLP as our Office Administrator in 2023. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies and Spanish from DCU and a Master’s in International Relations from IBEI Barcelona.
