Seán qualified as a solicitor with the firm in 2024 having joined Clerkin Lynch as an intern in August 2020.
Seán works across both the Corporate and the Commercial Litigation departments within the firm. He has assisted both purchasers and vendors on several large-scale commercial transactions whilst also having extensive experience in several high-profile commercial litigation disputes.
Seán graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from Maynooth University in 2018. In 2019 he obtained a Masters Degree in International and European Business Law (LL.M) from Trinity College Dublin during which he completed his dissertation on the interplay between the practices of the sporting industry and European Union Law.
