Niall Clerkin is a founding partner of Clerkin Lynch LLP. Niall trained and worked as a qualified solicitor for two of Dublin’s leading law firms, primarily practising in the area of banking and financial services law. Niall established Clerkin Lynch LLP with Kevin Lynch in 2008. Since establishing the firm he has substantially expanded his practice areas and brings years of specialist expertise to the areas of commercial litigation, financial services law and commercial property law.
