Financial services between the EU and Switzerland webinar was held on 20th January 2022.
Mark Browne participated in a webinar event hosted by AIMA with Armaud Gerard, FundRock Group and Francois Rayroux of Lenz Staehelin.
The webinar consisted of an examination of the relevant regulatory framework for asset management firms navigating between Switzerland and the EU following recent regulatory updates including the Financial Services Act in Switzerland and the MiFID II in the EU, as well as in light of the proposals to reform the AIFMD.
